1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application ("App") developed by CODWIZ TECH LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

CODWIZ TECH LTD is a Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17090900), with its registered office at Office 17589, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

2. Use of Services

You may use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or related systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of CODWIZ TECH LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Some Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some Apps or features may require payment or subscription. By purchasing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the applicable app store policies (Google Play / Apple App Store)
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

All payments are processed through the respective app store platforms. We do not directly handle payment card information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Apps

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODWIZ TECH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any financial losses from trading decisions based on our Apps

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
